At a foreign money exchange office, could I exchange coins for British money?

I have $ 20.45 in US money, but only $ 6 of that is in notes. Could I still exchange the full amount for British money?

Answer by dave .Yes, that is the purpose of exchanges. It is legal tender and the exchange is going to charge you a percentage of the amount you are exchanging.
